The product worked as described until the usb base unit failed. The customer service has so far been non-existent. The customer service phone number was hard to come by, and when called offeres a call back, which hasn't happened yet. The prefered method of contact is apparently email, and I am still waiting on a response there too. We have two units, and the base unit on the one that still works can be used for both, so we are still functioning, though limping along.
