I received my FitBit three days ago, and immediately downloaded the software in order to set it up. The software gives an error when installing the USB drivers, and I have tried this using both firefox and internet explorer, on windows xp and windodws 7 machines. It is broken - very obviously broken - and my 3 customer service inquiries have not been answered. Right now all I have is a piece of plastic, software that might have ruined my computer, and nobody to call.
